Repair service for spare parts and furnishings in carbon fibre

The production at Arredoteak involves several stages for high quality creations and manufacture. The type of workmanship, according to the demands and style of the customer, respects both tradition and innovation.

Traditional woodworking

For boats, firstly it is necessary to draft the template on board by doing a blanket pattern, then disassemble them and reassemble them at the company headquarters where teak cuts and measurements will be made. The staves obtained are laid together with the previously cut sticks. Subsequently, the channels are opened with a second cleaning, primer, caulking and moisture control. Prefabricated panels are dismantled, delivered and reassembled by opening a perimeter channel of 4-5 mm. Finally, the panels are disassembled again to perform levelling, priming and bonding tests, either vacuum or with 25 kg weights spread over the entire deck. When this job is completed, we proceed with the required finish.

Innovative processes for the creation of furnishing accessories

In order to create a unique and innovative product, Arredoteak has  introduced carbon fibre processing, a thin, thread-like structure that, combined with resins, is able to create sophisticated and special objects. Resin bonding under pressure gives way to create the shape of the moulds required by the customer.
Among other innovative techniques, Arredoteak works in synthetic teak, for garage and balconies, and also in cork, an elastic and waterproof material, which has high fire resistance and insulating properties.
