Carbon fiber parts and furnishings repair service in Viareggio

The workmanship carried out at Arredoteak involves several phases, resulting in creations of excellent quality and craftsmanship. The types of workmanship, based on the client's requests and style, respect both traditional and innovative principles.

Traditional woodworking

First, for boats, the templates must be taken on board by tracing the deck, then disassembled and reassembled at the company's headquarters, where the teak will be cut and measured. The resulting slats are laid out alongside the previously cut coamings. Next, the channels are opened with a second cleaning, priming, caulking, and humidity control. The prefabricated panels are dismantled, delivered, and reassembled by opening a 4-5 mm perimeter channel. Finally, the panels are dismantled again to check the leveling, prime, and glue, both vacuum-bonded and with 25 kg weights distributed across the deck. Once the work is complete, the appropriate finishing is applied.

Innovative processes for the creation of furnishing accessories

To create a unique and innovative product, Arredoteak decided to introduce carbon fiber processing, a thin, threadlike structure that, when combined with resins, can create refined and unique objects. Vacuum bonding with the resin allows the molds to be shaped to the customer's specifications.
Among other innovative techniques, Arredoteak offers synthetic teak finishes for garages and balconies, as well as cork, a flexible and waterproof material with excellent fire resistance and insulating properties.
